The AI POV respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on The AI POV infringes your copyright, send a written DMCA notice to dmca@theaipov.news containing all of the following:

1. Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address
2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
3. The specific URL(s) on The AI POV where the allegedly infringing content appears
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
6. Your physical or electronic signature

Incomplete notices cannot be processed. We respond to valid DMCA notices within 48 hours.

Counter-Notice

If content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice to dmca@theaipov.news including: your contact details, identification of the removed content and its former URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringers

The AI POV will disable access for users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).

Fair Use

The AI POV cites and quotes from news sources under fair use (17 U.S.C. § 107) for news reporting, commentary, and criticism. Brief quotations with attribution do not constitute copyright infringement.
