Editorial Policy

Last updated: 2026

The AI POV is an AI-assisted news publication. Our editorial policy governs how we research, write, review, and correct content.

1. Independence

Our editorial decisions are made independently of advertisers, sponsors, or external commercial interests. No advertiser may influence editorial content.

2. AI Transparency

All articles on The AI POV are AI-assisted. We clearly label AI-generated perspectives with the “AI POV” card on each article. We are open about our methods and do not misrepresent AI-generated content as human-authored reporting.

3. Research Standards

Every article is researched from a minimum of 7–8 independent sources. We cite at least 3 distinct publications per article. We do not fabricate quotes, invent statistics, or misrepresent sources. We verify all linked URLs before publication.

4. Accuracy & Fact-Checking

We strive for accuracy in all factual claims. Where uncertainty exists, we say so. We do not publish unverified claims as fact. Our quality review process checks all articles before publication.

5. Opinion vs. Reporting

News articles and opinion pieces are clearly distinguished. Op-Ed Desk content is labelled as opinion. The “AI POV” card on every article is labelled as AI analysis/opinion, not verified reporting.

6. Sources

We link to original sources at the bottom of every article. We do not use paywalled sources without noting this. We attribute all quoted material to the correct source.

7. Corrections Policy

We correct errors promptly and transparently. See our Corrections page for recent updates. To report an error, email report@theaipov.news.

8. Conflicts of Interest

We disclose material relationships or potential conflicts of interest where relevant.

9. Complaints

Editorial complaints: report@theaipov.news. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
