The AI POV does not require account registration to read content. We may collect:

  • Analytics data — aggregated page views, referrer URLs, browser type, and device type. This data is not linked to individuals.
  • Server logs — IP addresses and request metadata stored temporarily for security monitoring.
  • Contact form / email data — if you contact us directly, we retain your message and email address solely to respond to your enquiry.

2. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for the website to function. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies by default. Third-party services (e.g. YouTube embeds) may set their own cookies — see our Cookie Policy.

3. How We Use Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

4. Embedded Content & Third Parties

Articles may embed YouTube videos. Interacting with embedded content causes YouTube to set cookies governed by Google’s Privacy Policy. External news links are governed by the respective sites’ privacy policies.

5. AI-Generated Content

Content on The AI POV is AI-assisted. We do not use reader data to generate articles.

6. Data Retention

Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. Contact form messages are retained for up to 12 months unless you request earlier deletion.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. EU/EEA residents have rights under GDPR; California residents have rights under CCPA. To exercise any right, email privacy@theaipov.news.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
